Welcome To 97 Achiltibuie

97 Achiltibuie is a new cottage built on the site of a ruined croft using the original stone and keeping the traditional style. Inside the cottage has a lovely spacious feel with superb views across the sea to Tanera Mor and further away the Dundonnell Mountains and the Torridons.

 The sea is only 150yards away and otters are regularly seen hunting the shallows on the beach below the house. Seals, porpoises, dolphins and sometimes even whales can be seen in Badentarbet Bay. Bird life is legion and the sight of gannets diving into the sea as you eat breakfast still thrills. Rarer sightings are Sea eagles but buzzards abound and skylarks, wheatears and pied wagtails among others visit the garden.
